At Atlantis Freediving, we work hard to provide high‑quality freediving experiences, professional training, and comfortable accommodation options. Because we reserve instructors and accommodation in advance, we apply the following cancellation terms to ensure fairness to all guests.
1. Packages (Freediving + Accommodation or Multi‑Day Programs)
A deposit is required to secure a package booking.
Cancellations
More than 4 weeks before arrival
Full refund of the deposit.
4 weeks to 2 weeks before arrival
50% refund of the deposit.
Less than 14 days before arrival
75% of the deposit is non‑refundable.
If we are able to fill your spot with another guest, we will refund the retained amount.
2. Accommodation (Third‑Party Providers)
A deposit is required to secure accommodation.
Cancellations
More than 4 weeks before arrival
Full refund of the deposit.
27 to 14 days before arrival
50% refund of the deposit.
Less than 14 days before arrival
Deposit is non‑refundable.
If the room can be rebooked by another guest, we will refund the deposit.
3. Freediving Courses (Except Instructor Courses)
A deposit is required to secure a course booking.
Cancellations
More than 1 week before the course starts
You may reschedule for free, or cancel and lose only the cost of the SSI digital materials (non‑refundable once assigned).
Less than 1 week before the course starts
Deposit is non‑refundable.
Rescheduling may be possible depending on availability.
No‑show
The deposit is forfeited.
4. Training Sessions (Single‑Day Training)
A €30 deposit is required for each training day.
Cancellations
Until the day before the session (3 PM)
Full refund or free rescheduling.
No‑show
Deposit is forfeited.
5. Instructor Courses
A deposit is required to secure your place.
Cancellations
More than 4 weeks before the course starts
Loss of the cost of digital materials only.
4 weeks to 2 weeks before the course start
Loss of digital materials + 50% of the remaining course fee,
or reschedule to a future course (subject to availability).
Less than 2 weeks before the course start
The full course fee is non‑refundable.
6. Centre‑Initiated Cancellations
If we must cancel or reschedule due to weather, safety, instructor availability, or other operational reasons:
You may reschedule at no cost, or
Receive a full refund of all payments (excluding digital materials already assigned).
7. Refund Processing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within [14] business days.
