In just a few hours, you’ll learn the essential techniques of freediving breathing, relaxation, equalisation, and efficient movement guided by a certified instructor. After a short theory session, you’ll head into the water to put your new skills into practice and enjoy the freedom of exploring beneath the surface.

ITINERARY:

  • Start around 9:00 am with a relaxed theory session covering key safety principles and what to expect.
  • Learn proper breathing techniques and how to use your breath for relaxation.
  • Try a dry breath‑hold to get comfortable with the sensations.
  • Continue in the pool or open water, depending on what feels best for you.
  • Practice line descents while working on equalisation, streamlining, and staying relaxed.

You’ll get three more in‑water sessions, essential theory classes, and once completed, your official Beginner Certification.
